A WORD fitly spoken is like apples of gold in pictures of silver.
Proverbs 25:11

APPOINTMENT
THE PROMISE
And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment.
Hebrews 9:27
In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken:  for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.
Genesis 3:19

THE TEACHING
Death is inevitable; it is an appointment that we all will keep.  Between birth and death we have opportunity to prepare for eternity.  What we do between those times in our life will determine our destination.
My purpose is not to praise you for your awards and accomplishments, but to use the simple words of the Lord Jesus, "you must be born again".
The necessity of the new birth grows out of the incapacity of the natural man to "see" or "enter" into the kingdom of God.  Jesus said in John 3:7, "you must be born again".

THE PLAN
For God so loved the world (not the cosmos but you!) that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
John 3:16
Trust Him today, and heaven will be yours.
