DISCIPLESHIP
A disciple is someone who submits himself to the discipline (or teaching) of someone else.
A disciple of the Lord Jesus is someone who submits themselves to Him (Jesus) and is willing to follow His instructions.
One trait of a disciple according to Jesus is "love." John 13 : 34,35
THE PROMISE
A new commandment I give unto you, That you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another.
By this shall all men know that you are my disciples, if you have love one for another.
THE TEACHING
Herein is my Father glorified, that you bear much fruit; so shall you be my disciples. John 15:8
THE PLAN
Love is like a seed, if you sow it: it will reproduce and bring forth more love. Paul the apostle said in Galatians 6:7b....for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
This is an unchanging law that God set in motion, try it and see that it works.
We have been in the ministry since 1977. Our calling to the ministry has included pastoring, evangelism and disciple work, as well as missions. We have been married over 50 years and have three children who have blessed us with six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
